Questions owners usually ask
Do employees need usernames and passwords?
No. The farm QR contains a private invite code. Employees scan it once and pick a 4-digit PIN; the app stays signed in on their phone, and their name plus PIN gets them back in if they ever log out. The farm can rotate the QR if it is ever shared outside the operation.
Can one farm see another farm?
No. FarmCue is designed around a farm identifier on every account, issue, employee and notification. Production access rules enforce that separation server-side.
What happens after I sign up?
Your farm account and owner dashboard are ready immediately β no waiting on a written agreement. You'll get your private employee QR code right away so your crew can start reporting issues the same day.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, and it's automatic. FarmCue moves your farm to the right tier as employees are added or removed. Moving up always asks you to approve the new price first; moving down happens on its own. Your farm's data is never touched.
