Terms of Service
Effective September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FarmCue, a farm-operations issue reporting and routing service operated by Idaho Web Products LLC ("FarmCue," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation to join a farm, or otherwise using FarmCue, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use FarmCue.
1. Who can use FarmCue
You must be at least 18 years old to create a FarmCue account. If you're creating an account on behalf of a farm or business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf, and "you" in these Terms refers to both you and that business.
Employees are added to a farm's account by that farm's owner or manager and join using a private invite code or QR code. If you're an employee using FarmCue at your employer's direction, your use is also governed by these Terms and by whatever your employer requires of you separately.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at idahowebproducts@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
FarmCue is offered on a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. There is no free trial — payment is set up when your account is created, and billing begins immediately. Your plan tier is based on your active employee count and adjusts automatically as employees are added or removed; there's no separate upgrade or downgrade step to take.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing settings, effective at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for a mid-cycle cancellation. If a payment fails, here is exactly what happens. We email the farm owner right away. If the payment issue is not resolved within 24 hours, access to FarmCue is suspended for everyone on the farm — owner and employees alike — until billing is updated. We send a second email before your farm reaches one week past the failed payment; at that point, if it is still unresolved, your farm's data is marked for removal and access remains suspended. Marked data is not immediately or automatically erased, and resolving billing at any point before it is permanently deleted restores your account and all of your data in full.
Prices may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FarmCue to upload content that's illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights; to attempt to access another farm's account or data, or otherwise bypass FarmCue's access controls; to interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it; or to use FarmCue in a way that violates any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Farm owner responsibilities
If you're a farm owner or manager, you're responsible for the accuracy of the employee information you add, for having a lawful basis to collect and process that information (including any photos or voice recordings submitted through issue reports), and for giving your employees appropriate notice about how FarmCue is used at your operation. 6. Not an emergency service
FarmCue is a workflow and communication tool for routing and tracking farm issues — it is not a substitute for emergency services, and delivery of any alert, notification, or escalation is not guaranteed to be instant or reliable (it depends on network connectivity, device settings, and third-party push-notification delivery, among other things). For any situation involving a risk to human life or safety, call 911 or your local emergency number directly — don't rely on FarmCue.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the reports, photos, voice recordings, and other content you or your employees submit through FarmCue ("your content"). You grant us a license to host, store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the service for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit whatever content you upload.
8. Our platform
FarmCue — the software, design, and branding — belongs to Idaho Web Products LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
FarmCue is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idaho Web Products LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FarmCue, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You can stop using FarmCue and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, don't pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service — where practical, we'll give you notice first.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let account owners know. Continuing to use FarmCue after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
